The Golden Green Microwave

Ingredients:
1 – Cup Frozen Corn
1 – Cup Frozen Green Beans
½ – Cup Salsa
1 – Dollop Sour cream
Cheese
Sazonador Para Fajita (#4530965835)
Cook green beans and corn in microwave.
Add cheese and cook until melted.
Add a dollop of sour cream and 1/2 cup salsa and sprinkle
with Sazonador Para Fajita Seasoning.

Ultimate Taters |

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Olive oil
Excalibur Steak and Roast Rub (#4530961810)
Cut potatoes up into slices (desired thickness),
Spread olive oil lightly over potatoes,
Shake steak and roast rub over potato (season to taste)
Broil in oven until browned.

Cajun Tots |

Ingredients:
1 – bag Frozen Potato Tots or French Fries
Cajun Seasoning & Rub

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Using a non-greased cookie sheet, spread out Tots or Fries.
Lightly shake Cajun Seasoning over tots or fries.
Bake until golden brown.
Remove and cool for 1 minute.
Serve with the Ultimate

Au Gratin Potatoes |
|
Ingredients:
10 – Medium Sized Russet Potatoes
3 – Cans of Mushroom Soup
1 – Lb. Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread, sliced
Onion Pepper

Half fill an 8-quart pot
with hot water and place over medium-high heat. Add potatoes
and bring to a boil. Boil Potatoes for 35 minutes or until
fork tender. Rinse in cold running water for 2 minutes to
cool potatoes. Peel skins and rinse. Slice five potatoes
into ¼” thick slices. Layer 1 ½ cans Cream of Mushroom over
cheese. Lightly shake on Onion Pepper over this layer.
Repeat the above process for a second layer.
Cover with aluminum foil and
bake for 1 hour at 350°F. |

Ultimate Green Beans |
|
Ingredients:
1 – can Cut Green Beans (do not drain)
1 – can French Cut Green Beans (do not drain)
1 – small white onion chopped
1 – TBS Real Bacon Bits
1 – tsp Excalibur Prime Rib Rub (#4530960120) and/or
2 Beef Bouillon
Cubes
1 – TBS Ultimate
Steak & Roast Rub (#4530961810)
In a 2-quart sauce pan over
medium-high heat add both cans of green beans with liquid,
chopped onions, bacon bits, and seasoning.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer 5
minutes. Lower heat to warm and serve. |
